SAW CHAINReduce procurement hidden costs by 15–30% on average. Nexvor Saw Chain — ISO 9001 certified, MOQ 150 rolls, ships within 30 days.
Why is Nexvor's total cost lower than competitors? Because we eliminate the hidden markups — trader margins, quality rework, and shipment delays — that inflate your real procurement cost.

Every component manufactured in-house — zero outsourcing markup
We reject the unstable model of outsourcing critical processes. Unlike many competitors who outsource heat treatment, plating, or even stamping, Nexvor controls every key step in-house.
Premium steel sourced from Waelzholz, Germany. Every coil batch-traceable with full material certificates. Same supplier for 15+ years.
From raw steel coil to finished chain — every batch is tagged, tracked, and documented. Full traceability for your compliance needs.
Stamping, cold heading, heat treatment, and chrome plating — all in-house. Other factories outsource 2–3 of these. We outsource zero.
Our QC department operates independently with veto power over production. No third-party QC that misses batch-level defects.

Manufacturing Experience
Our quality management system goes far beyond ISO 9001 compliance. It is a vertically integrated, four-tier inspection framework designed to eliminate defects at every stage of production — from incoming raw materials to final shipment.
Level 1
All steel is sourced from globally recognized suppliers including German Waelzholz. Every incoming coil undergoes hardness testing (HRC 58–62), tensile strength verification (≥1,800 MPa), and full chemical composition analysis. Non-conforming materials are rejected immediately — no exceptions.
Level 2
CNC machines replace manual operations wherever possible. Die wear, grinding wheel consumption, and abrasive loss are strictly monitored and replaced on schedule — not when they fail. Cutter grinding consistency is verified with automated optical inspection on every production run.
Level 3
Every heat treatment batch undergoes mandatory hardness testing, metallographic structure analysis, and dimensional verification. Temperature variance is controlled within ±3°C across all 18 treatment stages. Batch records are archived for full traceability.
Level 4
After assembly, every single chain — not a sample, every chain — is inspected for: chain deflection tolerance, rivet tightness, chrome plating uniformity, cutter sharpness, and drive link dimensional accuracy. Chains that fail any parameter are rejected and recycled.

Pre-shipment inspection
We don't rely on "the experience of veteran workers." We rely on automated systems that deliver identical results for every operator, every shift, every batch.

Every steel coil is tested for hardness, tensile strength, and chemical composition. Full batch traceability from mill to finished chain.
Die wear and abrasive consumption are strictly controlled. Cutter geometry ground to ±0.05mm tolerance with automated consistency verification.
Temperature variance ≤ ±3°C. Every batch undergoes hardness testing and metallographic analysis before proceeding.
Every chain inspected: deflection, rivet tightness, chrome plating quality, cutter sharpness. Not sampling — 100% inspection before shipment.

Different trees demand different chains. Hardwood regions need full chisel for speed. Softwood markets prefer semi-chisel for longevity. Sandy/dirty conditions require carbide tips. Some regions need 10° angle chains for specific wood types. We match the right chain to your market.
Custom pitch/gauge combinations, proprietary cutter profiles, special plating finishes, and unique packaging requirements. Lead time: 15–45 days from design approval to delivery.
